About the position
In the role of Specialist for Tenders and Contracts, you will primarily work with procurement and contract management. You will be part of the sales support team and work closely with product specialists to ensure that strategies, internal guidelines, and governing documents are followed. Your work will also include light marketing, as well as providing sales support to salespeople. An important part of the role will be to continuously support the procurement process and conduct training initiatives to ensure consistent and effective work within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and administer tender and procurement processes.
  • Develop strategies and processes for tenders and management.
  • Support the procurement process by monitoring relevant tenders and designing them from start to finish.
  • Sales support to product specialists/sales managers.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic Marketing Group and participate in marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education and in-depth knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
  • Significant work experience in public procurement operations.
  • Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • Experience in producing documentation for tenders, contract work, and price adjustments.
  • Experience with tools such as Office 365, Sharepoint, OPIC, TendSign, and e-Avrop.

  • High integrity, responsive, self-driven, and positive.
  • Rule-conscious but also solution-oriented and pragmatic.
  • Good at building relationships and working through internal networks.
  • Ability to communicate messages in a pedagogical manner.
